Same cups 30C·32B·34A
"32b bra size" gets 8,100 US searches a month, and 32B is on every chart we read, so the real question is what its sisters are and whether the +4 method has an answer for it. It does not.

Same body, other methods: 32 in and 34 in is a 36 (below AA) with the traditional +4 method. With an odd 31 in underbust and a 33.5 in bust we print 32B; calculator.net's rule (band rounded, cup from the raw difference) would print 32C. Why methods differ.
"32b bra size" gets about 8,100 Google searches a month in the US and 1,600 in the UK (Google Ads cluster figures, September 2026; a per-size figure for another country can be the cluster's, so read it as an upper bound).
A 32 in underbust and a 34 in bust measure 32B. The +4 method pads the band to 36, two inches more than the bust, and prints "36 (below AA)". If an old calculator said you are below AA, you may be a 32B.
The tighter sister is 30C and the looser is 34A. The 30C is on Freya, Marks & Spencer, Victoria's Secret, The Little Bra Company, and not on Elomi or ThirdLove (their charts start at a 32 band). The 34A is listed by 4 of the 6 charts.
32B reads the same on UK and US labels, EU 70B, France 85B, Australia 10B. Japan's ladder runs a letter ahead, so its label is C70.
